Cancellation and Refund Policy

Only a participant and his or her parents listed on the registration/account have authority to request a refund. Full refunds, minus the processing fee, will be given on all cancellations requested by 5 p.m. 14 days before the camp begins. No refunds will be given after this deadline (June 25th at 5:00 PM).

Your camp registration may be cancelled by emailing our office at info@runeliteprogram.com. Your registration is not canceled until you receive an email confirmation of a refund to your original method of payment. Run Elite Program cannot be held responsible for any change or cancellation charges required by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
